ICWA more than 10 - 12 years of experience in costing and who is able to create standard cost sheets for new product developments & measure actual costs with budgeted. Candidate should be competent enough and have leadership skills in establishing this function in the company i.e. who can set-up and implement costing functions and somebody who has worked in any manufacturing industry (Batch production)
